What clients ask before booking
More About Ted Boyle?
Ted founded Wayfinder Behavioural Health Clinic with a simple belief: therapy should be honest, practical, and focused on helping people understand what's really driving the patterns in their lives.
His work primarily focuses on men, teens, and young adults. Rather than simply addressing what's happening today, Ted helps clients explore the experiences, beliefs, and coping strategies that continue to influence how they think, feel, and respond.
Ted integrates EMDR, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), and Internal Family Systems (IFS), tailoring each session to the individual rather than following a rigid formula. His approach is collaborative, direct, and grounded in evidence-based care. Clients often describe working with Ted as focused, practical, and genuine.
He also draws inspiration from Stoic philosophy, encouraging resilience, courage, wisdom, and personal responsibility in ways that feel realistic and applicable to everyday life.
More About Jordan Kritzinger?
Jordan works with teens, young adults, and adults who are looking to better understand themselves, strengthen their relationships, and break out of patterns that no longer serve them.
Many of Jordan's clients are either trying therapy for the first time or are returning after an experience that didn't feel like the right fit. He understands that starting therapy can feel uncertain, which is why he focuses on creating sessions that are collaborative, thoughtful, and tailored to each person's goals.
Jordan incorporates Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), and EMDR into his work, helping clients improve emotional regulation, navigate life transitions, process difficult experiences, and build healthier relationships with themselves and others.
He is currently accepting new clients for virtual therapy throughout Ontario and offers a free 20-minute consultation to help you determine whether he's the right fit for your needs.
How do I know which therapist is right for me?
During your free 20-minute consultation, we'll learn more about what you're looking for and recommend the clinician who best matches your goals, preferences, and availability.
Do you offer virtual therapy?
Yes. We offer both in-person and virtual therapy, depending on the clinician. Jordan currently provides virtual sessions throughout Ontario, while Ted offers both in-person and virtual appointments when available.
What happens during the consultation?
Your consultation is a relaxed conversation where we'll learn more about what's bringing you to therapy, answer your questions, and help determine whether we're the right fit. There's no pressure or obligation to continue if it doesn't feel like the right match.
What can I expect from therapy?
Therapy is a collaborative process. Together, we'll identify what's keeping you stuck, develop practical tools you can use in everyday life, and work toward meaningful, lasting change at a pace that feels manageable for you. Our goal is to help you build greater clarity, resilience, and confidence, both while you're in session, but long after therapy ends.
Let's talk for 20 minutes: free, no commitment.
We'll see if working together is the right fit. You can ask anything you want: how we work, what to expect, pricing. No pressure on either of us to keep going if it's not a fit.
