The Wayfinder Clinic is a multidisciplinary behavioural health clinic that facilitates healthcare services delivered by regulated healthcare professionals.

Each clinician is responsible for practicing within their scope of practice and adhering to the standards of their regulatory college.

The Wayfinder Clinic provides behavioural health and psychotherapy-related services.

Psychotherapy

Treatment planning
Psychoeducation
Family or caregiver support
Other healthcare services permitted within a clinician's scope of practice
Services do not replace emergency medical care.
If you are experiencing a crisis or emergency, call 911 or attend the nearest emergency department.
4. No Guarantee of Outcomes
Healthcare outcomes vary among individuals.
The Wayfinder Clinic and its clinicians make no guarantee regarding treatment outcomes, symptom improvement, or achievement of specific goals.
5. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for:
Providing accurate information
Participating honestly in treatment
Updating contact information
Attending scheduled appointments
Paying applicable fees
Following clinic policies
6. Appointment Attendance
Clients are expected to attend appointments as scheduled.
Late cancellations and missed appointments may be subject to fees in accordance with clinic policies.
Specific cancellation policies will be provided separately.
7. Fees and Payments
Fees are due at the time services are rendered unless alternative arrangements have been made.
Clients remain responsible for payment regardless of insurance reimbursement.
8. Confidentiality
The Wayfinder Clinic and its clinicians are committed to protecting confidentiality in accordance with PHIPA and professional standards.
Confidentiality is not absolute and may be limited by legal, ethical, or professional obligations.
9. Mandatory Disclosure
Information may be disclosed without consent when required or permitted by law, including:
Serious risk of harm to self or others
Child protection concerns
Court orders and legal proceedings
Regulatory investigations
Other mandatory reporting obligations
These disclosures will be limited to the information reasonably necessary to fulfill the legal requirement.

Clients who communicate electronically with the clinic acknowledge these risks.
