JORDAN’S APPROACH
“I believe recovery is about more than simply stopping.”
Hi, I'm Jordan. I support men who are dealing with addiction and the challenges that come with it. Whether you're struggling with alcohol, drugs, gambling, sex, pornography, social media, video games, or other compulsive behaviours, I believe recovery is about more than simply stopping. Addiction often develops as a way of coping with pain, disconnection, trauma, or a life that no longer feels meaningful. Rather than simply treating the symptoms, we'll explore your relationships, identity, emotions, past experiences, and values to build a life that no longer requires escape.
My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and grounded in evidence-based care. I believe every person has the capacity for growth and change, regardless of where they are in their recovery. In therapy, I integrate approaches including CBT, DBT, Mindfulness, and EMDR, adapting treatment to meet your needs while offering practical tools for growth.
Many men have learned to carry their struggles alone, hide their emotions, or believe they are broken. I offer a different path. Whether you're working toward sobriety, rebuilding relationships, healing from trauma, or simply trying to become the man you want to be, change is possible. You don't have to do it alone. Reach out. Let's get to work.
