The Wayfinder Clinic is a multidisciplinary behavioural health clinic that provides psychotherapy and related healthcare services through regulated healthcare professionals.

Clinicians practicing through The Wayfinder Clinic may be registered with one or more of the following regulatory bodies:

• Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers (OCSWSSW)

• College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO)

• College of Psychologists and Behaviour Analysts of Ontario (CPBAO)

• College of Nurses of Ontario (CNO)

• College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario (COTO)

• College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario (CPSO)

Each clinician is individually responsible for complying with the standards, regulations, and ethical obligations established by their respective regulatory college.

3. Information We Collect

We may collect personal information and personal health information including:

• Payment and billing information

Personal Health Information

• Health history

• Mental health history

Reasonable administrative, physical, and technical safeguards are used to protect information stored within the platform.

6. Consent

By engaging in services with The Wayfinder Clinic, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal health information for the purposes described in this policy.

You may withdraw or limit consent in certain circumstances; however, doing so may affect our ability to provide services.
