Relationships that help you move forward
More than a name and a number
We have relationships with an extensive network of treatment partners across North America. These connections often give our clients access to preferred pricing and expedited intakes, with your needs guiding the recommendation.
Preferred pricing
We can often arrange preferred pricing with our treatment partners. We help you understand available rates and what is included before you commit.
Expedited intakes
Our partner relationships often allow for expedited intakes. We help clarify availability and next steps so you can move toward care sooner.
A supported connection
With your consent, we stay in contact with your treatment providers and collaborate throughout your care, helping keep your support connected as your needs change.
Partner benefits vary by service and availability. The receiving provider confirms pricing, eligibility, intake timing, and admission.
Understand the need
Talk through what is happening, what feels urgent, and what you hope treatment will help you change.
Assess readiness and fit
Explore the type and intensity of support that may suit you, along with the barriers that could make it hard to engage.
Compare the options
Consider program approach, admission requirements, cost, location, and how treatment will fit into your life.
Plan the connection
Identify a suitable next step, clarify the intake process, and discuss how ongoing support can fit around it.
Services & fees
Start with clarity
Your free consultation helps us understand what you are looking for. Individual therapy appointments provide time for a fuller assessment of treatment readiness and fit.
Appointments are virtual across Ontario. We provide receipts; insurance reimbursement depends on your plan and the clinician’s designation.
The assessment may take more than one appointment, depending on your needs. External treatment and program fees are separate from Wayfinder sessions.
What is service navigation?
It is support with understanding treatment options and finding a suitable next step. We help clarify what you need, compare services, and prepare for a referral rather than leave you to work through a list of providers alone.
Do I need to know what kind of treatment I want?
No. That is often the reason people come to us. We can discuss what is happening, what you have tried, and what you want help with before exploring the level and type of care that may fit.
How do preferred pricing and expedited intakes work?
Through our network of treatment partners across North America, we can often arrange preferred pricing and expedited intakes for Wayfinder clients. We will explain what is available for the service you are considering. Rates, eligibility, timing, and admission decisions are confirmed by the receiving provider.
Is the assessment included in the free consultation?
The free 20-minute consultation is an opportunity to discuss your needs and whether we can help. A fuller assessment of treatment readiness and fit takes place in individual therapy appointments at $175 per 50-minute session. Some situations require more than one appointment.
Can I reach out on behalf of a family member?
Yes. You can begin by discussing your concerns and the options available to you. We can help you consider how to involve your loved one and what support you may need yourself. Sharing information with other providers happens with appropriate consent.
Are treatment program fees included?
No. Wayfinder appointments and any external treatment are billed separately. We help clarify expected costs and available partner pricing before you decide. Insurance reimbursement for Wayfinder sessions depends on your plan and the clinician’s designation.
